Yogasanas tutors in Kozhenchery

Actually im not into only yogasanas, yoga doesn't means only yogasanas it includes yogasanas, paranayamas, meditation, kriyas etc..
Yoga is for physical and mental health. Im already completed ycb level 2 and also im a bsc yogic therapy student.when im studying in 11 th that time also im taking classes for childrens in yogasanas and meditation....

Am a proffesional and strict but friendly to my students. The results and other matters are depend on the student and his or her contributions too. The teaching methodology was different from others, simple way explanations and giving codes for difficult portions. Students are welcome to do an open debates and doubt clearance.if they didn't...
