In simple words, my teaching has always been student centric with focus on enhancing and enriching their abilities and minimising the weakness, if any.
It has been almost 15 years that I am following my passion of teaching students (For IIT-JEE, KVPY, OLYMPIADS, Foundation) and Mentoring them to get desired results.

Having worked in different national brands like FIITJEE, PACE - IIT and Medical and IMS have given me an exposure to different types of students and helped me in devising a pedagogy that works with almost all type of students and their requirement.

For a student, academic knowledge is as important as test taking strategies and exam temperament.
With only one of them, it is really difficult for any student to get desired scores. I ALWAYS prefer taking both the things simultaneously and that's how my teaching is being defined.
My preference is over the understanding of the concept developing the logical reasoning skills to tackle the pressure and difficult questions of the competitive examinations.

My focus is on the overall development of the child and focussing on their requirement. As i believe that each student requirement is different. So, one should have a capability to mentor and nurture the child in adaptive way.
