I take pride when i say that i am a mentor and not a tutor. My role is multi dimensional and involves more than the academic part of a person. A tutor assists someone with learning a new process or concept, whereas a mentor,on the other hand, goes far beyond the role of a tutor .
Coming from an Army background my method of teaching (15 years experience) is combination of discipline and fun based, i make sure that a person evoles with her/his personality in not only in communication but also uses right expression.Also i understand the time and money is both precious thus my way of teaching is on the persons individual perfomance. My priority is given for over all grooming, i proudly say that my students have been placed with great companies ( TATA, HIGHER EDUCATION), AIR HOSTESS/STEWARDS, HUMAN RESOURCES (MANAGEMENT COMPANIES) & UN NGOs.
