Hi, this is Mallika, a teacher with scientific attitude. I am kind of teacher who believes that real teaching is to make students understand the concept and they donot become rote learners. Any type of scolding or getting angry at the students for their little mistakes is totally unrequired. Every student is different from the others so they should be treated accordingly. Some may be good in sports, some may be good in singing, dancing while others may be good in studies. They should be encouraged to follow what interests them more.
