My teaching style is little strict and fun both must be there for a student neither pressurize too much nor having fun always.it is in teaching related to different activities used by a teacher.The main thing is that the child learn new knowledge in a comfortable environment. So the child can progress faster.need to start with the basics.giving interest in easy method.sometimes, children are capricious and do not do what is required for them.In such situations it is necessary to be strict but not rude.the main instrument of knowledge for the child is play,with its help learning become easiest way for the child. Teachers expectations concerning what their students are capable of accomplishing shape.it is helpful if teachers set a goals for the students.when a student achieve their goal that will make a teacher proud n feel great.the bond of a teacher and students are like a track of a train which should be on the same position if one gets down both will effect seriously but a good teacher will never bring down their student to face such type of problems.
