As someone who values and practices discipline, empathy and respect, I believe I can be a positive role model to your pupils. Being a teacher my role doesn't only restrict to providing good grades in academics but to also inculcate teaching & learning methods which will enable a child for overall life experiences because it's not only the academic examinations but also other tests & tasks that matter for overall development.

During my career, I have made a conscious effort to evaluate my actions, choices and attitudes so that I can eventually be seen as an inspirational role model beyond the classroom, helping students take away values that will prepare them to be responsible and caring adults. Sharing the experiences, guiding kids thoroughly throughout their journey & motivating them to accept the results is something I really enjoy because the journey experiences & efforts are the things that matters the most.
