I have over three years teaching experience in Hanoi (English and Science); this following more than ten years of working in education in the UK. I have specialised in teaching IELTS as well as teaching Science to Masters and Bachelor students at the University of Science and Technology Hanoi. I have also run my own private adult English classes from my home. I have taught a broad range of students from the very young to adults and at some of the most prestige schools and language centres in Hanoi.
In 2013 I was awarded a Distinction for an MSc Holistic Science, specialising in environmental education; this following a Bachelor’s Degree in Ecology and Biogeography in 2008.
In Vietnam I have also worked as a freelance writer, editor and photographer:
VNExpress international, The Guide, Vietnam Economic Times and I write books.
