I believe that to teach effectively, there has to be a good rapport between the teacher and the student, so that the teacher can understand the strength of the student as well as the areas where the student needs guidance. Hence I would start by building up a good rapport with my student.

My teaching style is to split up the given task into subtasks and plan each subtasks before executing them. I will move on to the subtask only if the student is clear/has understood the prior subtasks.

My patience is my biggest strength, I take the time to explain the topic multiple times until the student understands it.
