I am a teacher who believes in learner centred method of teaching, of which in this method learners are they ones to do much work as I facilitate as a teacher. This makes learners confident in whatever they do in the absence of their teacher. Am result oriented and also works on linking the subject matter to the daily life experiences. I have always changed students grades whenever given the opportunity to teach them and they wouldn't want me to leave teaching them as experienced in the various teaching practices.
