I work on the mindset of students and try to deliver content in a way they understand it as we know every student have different absorbing level.
After this, i believe in practice and revision which is not hard for anyone who have cleard the first hurdle mentioned above.

I sincerely respect my duty to work with students who believes in me that I'll help them with the understanding of subject. Its not hard if you are with someone who thinks it will be his/her mistake if you don't understand it because i accepted it as my duty
