I have cracked many competitive exams including SSC CGL.So I know what students can go through during the preparation phase and I teach them with motivation and try to impart them all the knowledge I have. Also I try to keep them self motivated and keep them pushing for their goal. Basically, I try to be a guide they can vouch on for any of their problems.
I believe everybody has different grasping abilities. So i nurture their talent accordingly. I like to keep it simple and build in the basics more so that they can grasp the advanced part more easily.
I also like to interconnect subjects, chapters, etc etc so that it becomes more visualisable and relatable to the students and in this way the human mind tends to hold the information for a longer time rather than just sticking to the examples of a particular chapter.
