I am an ex journalist turned yoga teacher. I hold an MA in Yoga and RYT 200 hours of TTC. Besides a Diploma in Yogic Sciences, I also possess a diploma in Indian Wisdom Studies ( Bhagvadgeeta. Explaination only) from Dharma Studies, KJ Simaiyya college. I am currently also pursuing my Diploma in Medical Yoga and primarily work in the field of healing through yoga. I am also a certified sound Healer (level1)
I am one of the few exponents of the highly secretive Sabeej Nirbeej Pranayama Paddhathi which are greatly healing, longevity inducing Pranayamas.
