I always try to be friendly to my students as they need a guide or mentor more than a teacher. I try to counsel them to know their attitude and mentality and proceed according to their respective requirements.
I always try to motivate them to get used to the pressure of dealing with the competitive environment. I try to begin with a basic approach and then step up to the required level. After covering the total syllabus, I make sure that the student gets a real feel of the atmosphere and environment of prevailing competition. Then, I devise strategy for every student so that they can crack the exam without facing any problem. I always stay in contact with my students so that they stay focused towards their prime goal. I instill in them the required confidence to deal with the ongoing pressure of the competition.
