I'm internationally awarded YOUNG SCIENTIST from INTERNATIONAL UNION OF CRYSTALLOGRAPHY (IUCr) consecutive 3 times (2016-18-20). I have written a number of chemistry research articles published in a well reputed international journals. My philosophy is confined the belief that every student is capable of greatness. My teaching style is spirited, student-centered, dyed-in-the-wool that learning should be an engaging, and transformative experience. I strive to create an environment where curiosity is nourished, critical thinking is encouraged, and every individual feels seen, heard, and supported in their learning journey.
My approach is a fusion of innovative teaching strategies and time-tested pedagogical principles. I employ a blend of project based learning, inquiry based instruction, and differentiated based teaching to ensure that every student’s needs and learning style are addressed. Technology, multimedia tools, and interactive learning resources are often woven into lessons to enhance student engagement and deepen understanding.
The outcomes speak for themselves. Students under my instruction consistently exceed expectations not just in terms of academic achievements but also in their ability to think critically, solve problems creatively and approach challenges with resilience. Many students show significant improvement in their personal confidence.
What truly sets me apart is my commitment to the holistic development of my students. I do not just teach contents, I mentor, inspire, and cultivate a sense of interest. I build strong relationships with my students, taking the time to understand their individual strengths, benefits, and challenges.
Moreover, I am a lifelong learner myself.
