My approach I focused on the needs and interests the students I provide the opportunities for self directed learning and reflection while offering personalised guidance to help students achieve their individual goals .my focus is all student centerd learning I design lesson that are interactive and encourage active participation this includes using case studies group discussion multimedia resources and real world examples to bring abstract concepts to life i also emphasises the importance of creating an inclusive class room where all the students feel respected supported and valued I encourage open communication and welcome diverse perspectives which I believe enriches the learning experiences every one
