I use the authority style when teaching which allows the learner to have a brief on what we are going to talk about and also the learner centered approach which allows the learner to show if they do understand or what they have to say about the topic. I also make use of class -participationand demonstration in class. I communicate well with learners so that I know where I can improve or change in order for them to understand better. I adapt easily on new things and I empathize with learners.
