I promote the project based learning in my students.
Social emotional learning flipped classroom learning.small group instructions which is for teachers to work closely with learners.i promote critical thinking and self learning among students.lecture based learning is also given to students for their excellence concepts.
As a great teacher have many qualities like empathy.I consider myself in this because I can relate my students emotions and perspectives this can create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Secondly I have a Patience and understanding with students who have different needs and learn at different paces.
Thirdly I can create an engaging classroom presence.I can define and communicate outcomes for learning units and assignments.
