I like brainstorming my student to new ways of thinking,the other thing is I like involving my students directly in class,also empowering them in all aspects of their life that is psychologically, physically,emotionally and spiritually,I encourage my students to be always positive and be good in making their own decisions and be good problem solver,this makes them to have a higher self esteem and being able to solve different problems . academic wise my student pass beyond expectations.what makes me a great teacher I like listening to my students opinion,because I believe they are always right,I give them a conducive environment that is non judgemental to express their feelings and emotions.i also maintain my boundaries with learners even though am very open and friendly .am ready to learn a thing or two from my learners koz I believe each day is a learning day
