I focused on the students and their needs.I try my best to clear the concepts of students.First of all I presesnt the topic in different styles because students attract new things.I use simple and basics language that student can understand easily.I always start with planning. I must follow a timetable to complete the syllabus of students.My goal is that students not only learn but also understands the things .According to my planing a student can easily complete its whole course and gain A+ Grade in exams but student cooperation is complusory.
