I use learners centered method, allowing every individual to give His or her views, appreciating any attempt, giving prompt where necessary and finally guiding on how to do it and arrive to the targeted response or answer. Additionally, I take time to understand every learner's ability and handle each according to their level of understanding. In case of a large class, I ensure I check each and every learner's work, narrate the positive where necessary and motivate learners to work.Moreover, I ensure that the learning environment is Conduicieve and welcoming.
