If Students are encouraged to ask questions, explore topics, and develope their own understanding. I acts as a facilitator rather than a lecturer.

I help students to perform better in assessments by tailoring instruction to meet their learning needs. This includes designing engaging lessons,offering timely feedback, and supporting students who needs extra help.
