A dynamic Early Childhood teacher dedicated to the learners’ growth and eager to provide a favorable learning environment, motivation and positive interactions and differentiated learning activities. I have expertise in early childhood development and cognitive development structure; I create appropriate play – based, hands on lessons for social, emotional and academic purposes in a secure mood setting. The purpose behind my thoughts and actions is to fost er curiosity, creativity, and confidence in the child and help the child aproach, learn and discover within ones own rhythm.

Here, I incorporate classroom management skills for teaching, as well as paying attention to each child and making sure they are all embraced. I have a direct interaction with the families and know that they should always maintain contact between the home and school provided to the child.

Part of being an educator is that I have to be a perpetual adult learner, always striving to improve on my teaching ability and knowing the newest trends in education. It is one of the most important philosophies to train young children to develop Independent learning styles and build a foundation for future learning. I always implement clear and comprehensible communication strategies while making an effort to be patient as a result of understanding vulnerable children’s condition, and I always try to be creative in coming up with ways and means of making children to feel empowered to embrace various challenges.
