I am a diligent teacher with modern technical skills. Below is my approach of my work strategy:
1. Identification of areas of weakness and areas of strengths through administering of assignment that is set to cover main topics of the subjects.
2. Creating a study scheme, with personalised objectives to the learner that is set to put more emphasis on the weak areas while also maintaining the stronghold of the learner.
3. Administering continuous assessment to the learner to check on the improvements and learning progress.
4. Continuous encouragement and reinforcement of skills acquired using real life experiences for example if it is English students, real life example like writing speeches of formal letters can aid in reinforcing knowledge acquired.
After successful completion of the syllabuses, i offer student career coaching to ensure that the skill acquired in my classes are well utilised and has help them to attain their life goals. Through this approach I ought to believe that I can administer powerful learning techniques.
I am also well conversant with the fast growing technology for instance use of AI powered researchers.
