I am teacher by professional with 5 years of experience in teaching business both o level, As and A level. I make my teaching interesting by making it learner centred. I make proper use of discussion, asking and answering questions. Use of real life situations and story telling to make the class as interactive as possible. I set high expectation for my students to encourage growth, as well as giving group activities which encourages sharing of ideas and exchanging of skills among my students. My students have access to high choice of assignment which gives them a chance for debates and discussions, hence developing solving problem skills. Different abilities of all students is put under consideration to be able to help all students at all levels at all times. The students found to be weak in some areas are given special attention at individual level.With agreement between parent, teacher and student more time is a created to help students in their weak areas. Assignment and homework is used as a litmus test of students ability to grasp and understanding of the content delivered at all times. Random continuous test is also administered to help assess learners thinking patterns .
