I am a very hardworking, diligent, and flexible teacher. I believe the ultimate goal of my teaching will be to impart education to my students that will benefit them in their educational endeavors. So at times, I switch from a conventional approach and design my methodology. For example, during my university teaching experience, I didn't rely on the recommended text but designed my presentation slides where I focused on the basics so that the knowledge imparted to the students would be retained. I also offer creative assignments that make teaching a fun experience. At the end of any of my teaching sessions, I expected that students would go craving to learn more and enjoy their sessions with me. That had a positive output as students were very good with attendance and after a year's teaching, enrollment doubled because of my unconventional methodology. I also focus on the students who have difficulty learning in my class, because I believe in the ethic no student is dull but rather they require proper attention and guidance to achieve success. So in my class, there is no room for terms like backbenchers or weak or dull students, everyone is at different levels and I just have to identify the levels and work hard to ensure at the end of my course all the students outperform and realize their potential for success.

    Depending on the course requirements and complexity level, the rate is varied. If course requirements go to advanced level such as university and post grad rate will go up.
