As an experienced teacher, i always put my learners at forefront before anything. I employ student centred approaches such as collaborative and cooperative method of teaching for purpose of making teaching/learning process to be interesting.
Since i have been effectively using the above mentioned methodsin my respective classes, the academic achievement of students has been in a positive trend. What makes me a great teacher is how i handle the learners who come to class with a negative attitude and how i manage to change their negative attitude to that of positive one.
