I have a great passion for the subject I'm teaching, I can inspire my students to share in that passion.
I got effective communication skills i am able to communicate and understand the learners so that they can be able to share their concepts and ideas without any obstacle.
I'm able to adapt and adjust my teaching methods and strategies to meet the needs of my students.
I got patience and empathy with my learners I understand that not everyone is on the same level I got to take them slow and understand whatever we are learning
I got a strong organizational skills and time management skills, I plan ahead of time what the learners are going to learn, assignment and grading of their work I emphasize on punctuality being to class on time
I create a positive and productive learning environment setting clear expectations and guidelines for learners and enforcing them consistently and fairly
