I prefer an interactive instructional style and through exposing learners to discovery and application methods. I expose learners to regular formative and timely summative assessments which have made me record significant improvements from my learners. My learners retain more especially because of embracing relevant instructional aids during the instructional process. The use of technology has also greatly impacted my ability and competency to deliver content which is appreciated by the learners. By use of relevant examples from the learners background, learners relate well with the content and are able to retain in the long run, which is the key purpose for learning and education.
