Hi..
I would like to teach guide and motivate children and cherish my ideas through my teaching skill and would like to improve their intellectual capabilities through teaching and learning process...
Infact I believe in converse the ideas in learning process and build up their speaking listening and learning capacities..It's a two way communication through which teachers can bring about drastic changes in children n above all lead to an overall development of children both mentally and psychologically..I feel that in the modern context it is a must that children should grow and develop their potentialities in the teaching learning process and bring their best in academics..And teachers play a great n important role in shaping their behaviour and attitude towards others..Teachers are always a guide a philosopher and above all a good friend and can mould them to a good citizen through imparting knowledge and good ideas to them..They must set a good example in front of others to build positive attitude among children..The aim of imparting positive ideas n knowledge should b to motive children intended to bring about well being in the society..
