I use Individualism methodology ensuring that my learners needs are met by making my class environment conducive for learning.
I also give my learners room to ask any questions when they don't understand during learning process, this helps me to point out the weaker areas need to emphasize on.
During my teaching I make sure the speed is within the pace of my learners to making sure they have understood the concept well.I also managed my time well to ensure within specific time I achieve the best from learners during the lesson.
