My name is Venera Spatari and I live and teach English in Shkoder, Albania. I have been teaching English for 19 years now to 8 to 18 years old students as a full time teacher. I also teach English to University students for about 19 years, too.
I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard-working person. I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using own initiative. I am also able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. My duties include assigning homework, grading tests, documenting progress and keeping up with parent communication.
I also try to present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning. I maintain a tidy and orderly classroom. I collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings. I try to observe and understand my students` behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
My goal is to help cultivate my students` interest in education and be their dedicated ally in their entire process of learning and development.
