What makes me a great teacher is i focus on how children's learn and not how teacher should teach . I ready the lesson plan before hand and learn first and then teach. I work on the element pedagogy. My strength is I always be a learner. I use trust generators to be a good teacher . I mainly focus on students with previlage background. In my class the less teachers speak and more students. Students are always engaged in my classrooms. They are good are wondering. I use the teaching style as Hook, explore, worktime (where students are given work), and closing .

    I am a good English teacher coz I use relevant resources to be an expert English teacher . I help in making assignments, completing homeworks . In English i focus on grammar and teach i use reflective questions and check for understand.
