As an educator, i would use our day to day activities to better explain lectures to students for a better understanding of the course. The results from the first assessment will enable me identify the areas in which the student is lacking so as to bring up better ways to help the learner understand the course with much ease. Flexibility and mutual understanding between the teacher and the student will create a better learning atmosphere for both the teacher and student, as such i would be available to answer all questions from any learners and also clarify any doubts they may have as concerns the subject matter.
