Surely I never teach online but I have experienced to teach female students,
Find the students weakness and take appropriate time to learn because a good tutor is that who obverse the students and then give right direction and guidance to make them perfect. Some students are stubborn some are innocent. Likewise, we can traet students in many ways after observation some students needs strictness and some are understand easily so it's depends on tutor how she can manage the students. Some students are greedy they want reward or anything else the thing who loves like; candies, chocolates etc. Moreover, you can make schedule for weekly test. This routine makes the students perfect. Students weekly and monthly progress report that's makes them punctual and obedient. There are many techniques to tackle the suitation. A good tutor knows well how to manage if they have experienced.
