Hi, I’m Sehrish, and I’m here to support students in exploring psychology with confidence and clarity. Previously, I’ve worked as a counselling psychologist and corporate trainer, fostering learning and growth experiences for people across various age groups.

With over a decade of experience in the field, I hold an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of Manchester, UK, an MA in Applied Psychology (specialising in Counselling Psychology) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi. My academic journey across India and the UK has provided me with a solid foundation in psychology as well as a fresh perspective on the latest developments in the field.

I'm excited to offer my expertise to students in 11th and 12th grades studying psychology. I understand that the current educational landscape requires students not only to learn but to perform consistently. My approach combines thorough knowledge-building with personalised support in homework, practicals, and exam preparation. Above all, I aim to create a safe, open environment where students feel free to ask questions, share ideas, and think critically.

Additionally, I am also available to help school and undergraduate students prepare for their psychology practical exams, assignments, and research projects (including dissertations or theses). I offer both consultative and brainstorming sessions as well as support in developing complete projects, depending on the needs of each student.

  • Counselling Psychologist and Engagement and Training Associate Manager (Jun, 2021–Jul, 2023) at Silver Oak Health, Bangalore
    Provided counselling sessions to more than 100 corporate employees (and their family members) on various work and personal life concerns such as stress, grief, relationship issues, academic stress, anxiety, depression etc. Also worked in the capacity of Associate Manager - Engagement and Training wherein I designed and facilitated training programmes for corporates on various themes across employee life cycle such as manager sensitisation, managing stress, building resilience, mindfulness etc.
