I make sure that the student is clear about the topic.I will provide shortcuts,short notes.I motivate them.I give notes and helps them to write their homeworks and assignments.Give more excercises related to the topic.I revise the topic weekly.so that the student can remember the previous chapter.
I do not believe in spoon feeding.I will guide the student in a right way.I focus on previous questions and provide to the student..So he/she can score more.I do not believe that a student want to cover the whole text ..but the important portions
