My teaching methodology based on feedback . I deliver a lecture and wait for the student to observe or consume things . Then I ask for the feedback until positive feedback I wont move further. Moreover, my ability to engage students is one of the most immediate indicators of success. Results might show increased participation in class, whether through asking questions or being actively involved in hands on activities. One more things is that a positive atmosphere can signal that students are motivated and engaged. Surveys or feedback form from students often provide insight into how much they feel involved.
