I am a passionate and dedicated educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, majoring in Filipino. I have a solid foundation in teaching the Filipino language and culture, having gained one year of experience in the classroom prior to transitioning to the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. My 7 years of experience working in a customer service role, primarily with North American clients, has helped me develop strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, which I believe are valuable assets in a language teaching setting.

My diverse professional background allows me to approach teaching Filipino in a unique and dynamic way—combining my expertise in language education with a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication and the practical application of language skills in various contexts. I am committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to improve their Filipino language skills, whether they are learning for personal enrichment, professional growth, or cultural connection.
