    My Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Record Management:
    I maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    Record transactions, including income and expenses, and perform reconciliations to ensure data integrity.

    Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    Monthly, I prepare quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, audited reports, personnel over head cost ( salaries and payslips),
    Conduct financial analysis to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance assessment.
    Compliance and Audit Preparation

    Ensure all financial activities comply with applicable laws, standards, and internal policies.
    Coordinate with external auditors, preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
    Budgeting and Forecasting

    Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, forecasting future financial trends, and identifying areas for cost savings.
    Provide variance analysis, explaining any discrepancies between budgeted and actual performance.
