I am a self motivated teacher, friendly and easily adaptive to the learners needs. I am passionate in my job and determined to achieve the set goals. My lessons are always interactive and inclusive. I always use leaner centred strategies for them to realize their full potential. I have excellent communication skills in both Kiswahili and English languages. Positive motivation to my learners is key and I am always patient with my learners when tackling tasks learners. I use effective assessment methods to get formative feedback to enable me plan for areas they need improvement. Othe than teaching I guide and counsel learners with life skills.
