I believe in practical teaching methodology. I think that until a student feels the significance of learning the subject, he/she cannot get a good command of the concepts. So, I always try to make a student realize the utility of the subject in the practical world. I use physical models for teaching Mechanics and Engineering Drawing. This leads a student to prepare themselves for the technical field. I believe that a good teacher can create toppers from normal students if the teacher has a good sense of understanding of the requirements of the students and the areas in which the students lag. Teaching is not just a thing like delivering a lecture, it is something like understanding the needs of the students and their grasping capacity. Every doubt raised by the students should first be solved and then only a teacher should proceed with the further topics. No doubt is a silly doubt.
