I am a simple man who value only adding value to young children by letting them learn by discovering, exploring by engaging on practical lessons and taking care of individual differences at all cost, I also believe in friendly learning environment that upholds good mastery of all the to e learning areas,in most of our meetings I emphasized on holistic development of the child accompanied by high instilling of discipline for high level of character molding and development,I don't use corporal punishment but I use motivation to encounter the same,I also believe all learners are same and when given equal opportunity they can discover and exploit their full potential and realize their future aspirations
