I am a recent post-graduate student. My communication skills are good and I have two types of behaviour with students, I become friendly when needed also strict when they show laziness in studies and their homework. My motive is to make not only mine but every student better than the current he/she. I hope I could give him/her the guidance as their parents expect from a teacher. I believe that If a student respects the teacher, the teacher should do as well. Both the student and teacher deserves respect equally. Even the parents need to respect the teacher and their kidds and appreciate him/her according to their teaching and understanding skills. Even students need appreciation time to time. On the basis of their appreciation they gets motivated in doing more better in their upcoming days.
