Have more than 2 years experience in L&T Construction. More than 5 years in OPTCL and currently working with NALCO (A Navratna PSU) for more than 2 years now.
I am also currently pursuing my Executive PhD from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela (NIT-R).

    Currently working in the Capacity of Deputy Manager HRD.
    Looking after Contract Labour Management, welfare (managing 4500 odd workers) and Industrial Relations of Smelter Plant in Angul (500 Executives and 1700 Non executives)

    • Responsible for contract labour establishment functions of Smelter Plant & Expansion Project.
    • Implementation of various statutes/ laws applicable for contractor's workers.
    • Management of Departmental Canteen and Kiosks in Smelter Plant including records/registers for SA-8000.
