Hey there 😊
This is Tr. Joyce from Kenya. I'm thrilled to have you here as my student. My brother inspired me to be a teacher and until today, I love it!
Teaching has given me a great opportunity to learn more, as well as interact with new people such as my colleagues and leaders in the field.
In my teaching experiences, I have always ensured that my students come first; I'm a listener😊. My job is to ensure that no stone is left unturned. I give every learner an equal learning experience/opportunity throughout the learning process.
Learners have the opportunity to ask and answer questions as this is the crucial part of learning. This way, a learner can easily retain content. Teaching materials are also available whenever needed; such as realia, etc.
I do not only teach students: pedagogical skills enable me to offer mentorship and necessary support required by the learner.
In addition, the learning process comprises relating class encounters to real life experiences.
As a literary editor, I also mentor students whose goals are to write and publish their books in future.
For these and many other reasons, I'd love to have you on board!
