I am currently an undergraduate student pursuing law at the University of Nairobi. I love working with children, teens and adults especially when I help them become better academically and in life.
I love a student centered mode of learning since students are able to make a good connection with the teacher, that betters their understanding and boosts their interest in learning. It also creates a good rapport whereby the students can confidently speak out where they come across a challenge and a teacher is also to deliver too.
This enhances good results and makes it a holistic success for the student because every aspect of the child be it psychological, social and even academically .
What makes me stand out as a teacher is my level and need to create a one on one engagement with the students. Additionally, in as much as academics are concerned a student needs someone who can guide them through their emotional, social and psychological journey.
I aim towards creating academic giants who are life smart not only book smart. Life is much more than books and everyone needs to connect with their interpersonal being, that makes us human.
Let us be academicians with a difference.
