Hi Everyone! I just wanna share with you my work experience as an English teacher. I have been teaching in one of the prestigious ESL company and have taught every student of different nationalities and levels of skills and for more than five (5) years of teaching, I have gathered a lot of teaching strategies and know how to handle students of different ages in both one on one or group classes. I worked as a Substitute Teacher in the government for almost four (4) months under DepEd Cebu Province. I performed instructions and classroom management for group classes and taught BISAYA, FILIPINO, and ESP from grade 7 to 10. My main goal as a teacher is not only to instill grammar rules to students but also to learn that subject and language in the most joyful way and that is why I always ask my student's goal in learning the language because their goal to learn is also mine.
