Hello everyone, My name is Souvik. I am 30 years old and a resident of Kolkata. I did my schooling from The Modern Academy (ICSE/ISC), then I did my graduation and post-graduation in philosophy from Presidency University, Kolkata. I did my diploma in French from Alliance Française du Bengale, Kolkata. From 2019-2021 I completed my MPhil (a shorter format of research) in Social Sciences, from Centre for Studies in Social Sciences, Calcutta (CSSSC) and currently pursuing my PhD at the same institute, since 2022. I have always dreamt of pursuing a career in academics. Teaching has alaways been my way to understand the psychology that one has towards epistemology. Since 2015, I started of with teaching. Initially I taught students from class 5-8, then I started to teach students from higher grades. For me teaching is not an one way process, where the teacher feeds the student with knowledge in the form of information. It is a two way process through which a teacher is also being taught by the student/s how to teach. I try to understand the student, his/her capabilities and try to communicate with them according to that. So my teaching methodology can be said to be an adaptive one.
