Having 9 years of teaching experience, all these years I make sure students feel comfortable in my class what ever doubts they have clear in the class itself, my way of teaching is bring down my level to there level to make concepts clear . In my opinion good teacher can become only teaching all sort of students, some may understand better some take extra time to understand no body left behind in my class . Once they have grip on subjects will be able to answer the questions in a properly.
