My methodology includes assessing each students strengths and areas for improvement, then tailoring lessons to address their specific needs.I employ formative assesment,regular feedback, and creative problem solving exercise to track progress and reinforce concepts.
The results of my approach speak through improved academic performance and increased student confidence.Many of my students have shown significant advancements in their grades and a more positive attitude toward learning.
What makes me a great teacher is my abilitity to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel motivated and confident. My strengths include clear communication, patience and the ability to inspire curiosity and love of learning.
